Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellation of bookings and cancellation policy differs for each product or service. When you make a booking, kindly view terms & conditions of each product or service, which reflects the cancellation, refund with booking terms & conditions.

•From the Date of Booking to 30 Days before Travel Date cancellation charges 25%

•From 30 – 15 Days before check in cancellation charges 50%

•From 14 – 08 Days before check in cancellation charges 75%

•Within 07 Days before check in cancellation charges 100%

•No Show. Whole amount will be forfeited. 

•Above policies are subject to change without any prior notice, and you will get the final policies by your booking agent.

•Refund may take 07-10 working days.

Note: In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
